The Path to Greater Involvement at First Parish

Whether you are a visitor or member of First Parish, you may wonder how to become more involved. If you would like to deepen your understanding, spirituality, and service to our church, here are some suggestions:

Come to Sunday services as often as you are able;

Try participating in one of the many volunteer activities we have going on. Find out more about these opportunities by stopping by the Welcoming Table after services, or reading the weekly Order of Service or the bi-weekly Parishioner;

Try our adult religious education programs, potlucks, circle suppers, the small Group Ministries or the periodic New UU orientation.

For anyone looking to become a member:

Ask anyone on the membership committee for more information;

If you would like to talk about the church or membership, please call our interim assistant minister, Maud Robinson (781-275-7994) to make an appointment; and

Once you are a member, use what you have learned about the church and yourself to determine how you can best contribute to the growth & health of your church.
